Shipping & Delivery
All shipping charges are for the 48 US States only. Any other locations may incur extra shipping fees. Some items are oversized and may incur extra shipping fees as well. We ship most orders with delivery confirmation. If the shipper confirms the delivery with the delivery confirmation number, then the Ultimate Dog Stop is not responsible thereafter.

Basic shipping charges are based on your total order:

$.01-$14.99 = $5.99
$15-$24.99 = $6.99
$25-$49.99 = $9.99
$50-$99.99 = $12.99
$100-$249.99 = $16.99
$250-up = FREE

Sales Tax
Ultimate Dog Stop charges 8.25% sales tax for merchandise ordered and shipped to the State of Texas.

Return Policy
Once an order is placed, no cancellations are accepted unless approved.  If a cancellation occurs after the credit card is charged and a refund is issued back to the card, the buyer will be responsible for paying any transaction fees that occur due to the two credit card transactions.

All non-customized products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.  Exchange is for product price only.  Items shipped directly from manufacture will incur 15% restocking fee.  All exchanges must still have all tags and materials intact and are subject to inspectioin by us or manufacture before accepting item back. Carriers can only be exchanged for another size of the same model.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incured.  Colognes & foods are non-returnable.
